What are the free tier limits?
One server and one active form, with unlimited applications. Paid plans arrive after the soft launch, and anything you set up on the free tier keeps working.
Which games do you support?
All of them. Quartermaster is game agnostic because you write the questions. An MMO raid team, an FPS squad, and a Minecraft server all run the same way. Game specific templates are on the roadmap.
How is applicant data handled?
Quartermaster stores the answers people submit plus their Discord ID, so officers can review them. Nothing is sold and nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is used to train models without an explicit opt in. Officers can delete any single application at any time. Server data is kept until you ask us to remove it, and a request in the support server is enough.
How do I get help?
Join the support server and post in the help channel. During the soft launch you are talking to the people building it, usually within a day.
